National History Day

The Social Studies department commends the Sixty-five students that participated in this year's National History Day. Students researched and wrote historical papers in Mrs. Bouvier and Mr. Bryson's 10th grade American History honors classes. This year's theme was Triumph and Tragedy in History. Eight students were selected to participate in the senior category at the state competition at Rhode Island College.

Those students are pictured from left to right; Kayla Aquilante, Caleb Lee, Audry Mahony, Grace Centracchio,
Trista Clark, Joyce Armstrong, Sean Reth and Olaitan Olagundoye.

Field Trip

On a frigid December day, Mr. Bryson's Rhode Island History and Mr Donovan's AP US History students and Mrs. Guilmette, visited the resplendent Guided Age mansions in Newport.
