Johnston's Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs are designed to prepare all students with the skills they need for a range of high-wage, high-skill, and high-demand careers. CTE programs consist of three or more courses which will help students earn an industry credential and prepare them to enter the workforce.

We foster student excellence from kindergarten through graduation by providing a comprehensive, innovative education and robust support services, ensuring readiness for college, careers, and life beyond school.

Homecoming is one of JHS’s most treasured traditions, bringing together students, families, alumni, and the Johnston community for class floats, a parade, football, and a celebration of Panther pride.
